Returns may be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in order for us to accept merchandise for refund, exchange or credit, your selection(s) must be unwarn and accompanied by all original price and hang tags attached to garments and/or accessories. We hope you love what you ordered from lakachel.com.com and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price subject to these guidelines. Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We will gladly accept returns of online purchases from lakachel.com.com or you may return online purchases at any one of our Lakachel store locations. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to a Lakachel store. Exchanges cannot be processed by lakachel.com.com and can only be made, subject to availability, by visiting one of our retail locations or by returning your current item to catofashions.com and reordering the new item of your choice.
With your receipt (packing slip/invoice), items with original tags attached and in new, unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of a shipped item's delivery date. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. If a Lakachel gift card was used for purchase, a new gift card will be issued. Merchandise purchased online using a PayPal account and returned to Lakachel stores with an original receipt will be issued a Lakachel gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Lakachel stores are not able to return funds to PayPal accounts for purchases made at lakachel.com.com. To receive a refund to your PayPal account, please ship your order back to our warehouse and include your packing slip/invoice for processing.

Our sales associates are happy to assist you with your return at any one of our Lakachel store locations. To find the store location nearest you, visit our store location page. Please bring your lakachel.com.com packing slip/invoice to the store when returning or exchanging an item. Without your packing slip/invoice, we will offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. Lakachel stores are not able to issue a refund to PayPal accounts used to make online purchases at lakachel.com.com. PayPal purchases returned in stores will only be refunded in the form of a gift card.
Note: We cannot process exchanges for items sent to our online fulfillment center. To exchange an item, please visit one of our retail store locations or return your current item and reorder the item of choice. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to a Lakachel store. lakachel.com cannot process returns for items purchased at our retail store locations. This includes online orders placed for customers at Lakachel stores.
